Wendy Haugrose
Wendy (Kromrey) Haugrose was born in Bottineau. She was raised and attended elementary school in Kramer until her family moved to Bottineau where she graduated from high school. Haugrose went on to attend college at Bottineau and Williston earning her degree in marketing-management.
Throughout the past years, she lived in the Bottineau area and worked at First National Bank and Trust of Bottineau for several years before moving to Williston, where she worked as a loan processor at First International Bank and Trust. Haugrose moved back to Bottineau in 2010 where she worked for State Bank of Bottineau until taking over management of the A-Frame Bar and Grill at Lake Metigoshe in 2012.
The recent sale of the restaurant prompted her to make a career change to something she had always dreamed of doing, real estate. Haugrose attended the North Dakota School of Real Estate in Fargo last fall in pursuit of becoming a licensed salesperson, which she accomplished this spring.
Haugrose resides in the Turtle Mountains with her fiancée, Scott Moen, where they care for their five horses, three dogs and one cat. Haugrose has two grown children who both reside in Bottineau and she is the proud grandmother of two wonderful grandchildren.
Haugrose enjoys spending time outdoors riding horse, hunting, fishing and spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
